Notice
1.Mould is designed by sheet thickness, one set of tools for one kind of sheet thickness, inserts can be changed when change mould size; forming height is adjusted by regulating punch head assembly.
2.Process program must leave enough unload time and pay attention to moving direction of sheet.
3.Forming height: C.S. is 3-4 times of sheet thickness, Al is 2-3 times and S.S. is 1-2 times.
4.Height of moulding is higher, the phenomenon of "reverse pulling" is more serious.
5.For sheet thinner than 1.2mm, the Rc should be over than 10mm to prevent the angle part from splitting.
6.The spacing of no-forming (A) should not less than 3 times of sheet thickness. |
